Kym Scearce-Schenck, PT, MSPT, DPT, Owner has a doctorate of physical therapy with over 25 years of pediatric experience in Hospital Settings including in-patient, NICU, mom/baby unit, Out-Patient Clinics, School Districts, and pediatric Home Therapy with emphasis on post-NICU Early Intervention infants. Kym is BABIES TRAINED to support the medically fragile premature infants and their families in their home, she has completed the Colorado Early Intervention training for "Coaching" therapy to support the "whole" child and their family, she has experience with a variety of medical disabilities with all aged children, and she thrives on "Functional Fun" during her therapy sessions. Kym as the owner of Personal Touch Therapies, PC since year 2000, enjoys training Therapists in becoming professional, confident Pediatric Therapists who love supporting families and school teams celebrate every milestone small or large that their child or student accomplish to have fun, play, and just be a kid! Outside of a wonderful and busy career, Kym enjoys traveling, skiing, and hiking with her family as well as attending an occasional dance class.

Angela Atwood, PT, MPT has over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist. She received her graduate degree from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN. Angela has a wide range of pediatric experience including NICU, acute care pediatric ICU, rehabilitation hospital inpatient/outpatient services, school district, and early intervention. She has experience with a wide range of medical diagnoses in children of all ages. She has a strong interest in reflex integration and supporting a child's development through reinforced foundational skills. Angela has a kind and caring approach, along with her experience and knowledge, that builds trust with the families. She has a passion for helping children gain strength and function through play-based therapy. Angela has two daughters and loves spending time with them, her husband and their dogs.

Lindsay Bowen, PT, DPT loves working with children and their families to help them achieve major motor milestones. The majority of her experience is in Early Intervention, working with children ages birth to 3. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and Sheepadoodle, being involved in her local church, spending time outdoors, and hiking.

Becky Brown, PT, DPT completed her undergraduate at Whitman College in Biology and Psychology. She graduated from the University of Colorado with her doctorate in physical therapy in 2010. She loves working with kids and started as a pediatric PT in 2010. She enjoys cross-country skiing, camping, and spending time with her family.

Kayla Culbertson, OTD, OTR has her doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and a BS in Psychology. Kayla began her journey in the pediatric world because of her enjoyment and excitement in working with children and their family. Her goal is is always to improve their overall quality of life! She loves working with infants on bottle and breastfeeding and helping them transition to table foods as they grow and develop. She enjoys working with babies and toddlers who have developmental delays and wants to create the best developmental approach. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She has a passion for health and wellness and enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Sebastian Faundez, PT, DPT graduated from Western Carolina University with his doctorate of Physical Therapy. He enjoys working with the pediatric population and is looking forward to making a difference and helping kids develop He has a passion for facilitating motor learning throughout the lifespan and empowering patients and families to succeed. He is fluent in Spanish. On his time off he enjoys Mountain Biking and the outdoors.

Deidre Fetz, PT, DPT graduated from Regis University with her doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is a Marine Corps Veteran who left the military service to pursue her dream of becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. While completing her doctora5e, she found her passion working with the pediatric population. Specifically, she finds joy and fulfillment seeing the positive impact of physical therapy not only on each individual child but their families as well. When not at work, Deidre enjoys rock climbing, adventuring outdoors, reading, and traveling

Barb Frye, PT, MSPT has been a physical therapist since 1994. She loves working with children of all ages, their families and school teams. Barb believes the kids’ energy, enthusiasm and smiles brighten every day. She loves spending time with her family, taking hikes or walks with her three dogs, backyard vegetable gardening, soccer games, and enjoying all the beauty that Colorado has to offer!

Madison "Maddy" Haller, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who specializes in pediatrics. Madison received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University. She has a passion for understanding how to motivate her patients and encourage their participation in their care. She embraces the team model and values working with all parties involved in a patient's improvement and recovery. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and being with her two fur doggies.

Yvonne Harris, PT, DPT earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University. She's a SoCal native who made the move to Colorado in 2023. Yvonne's always been drawn to working with kids, and that passion only grew during her time as a student. She loves helping children and their families reach their goals, while making sure to have fun along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, as well as indulging in activities like skiing, reading, and traveling whenever she can.

Kayley Hoag, MA CCC-SLP is originally from Houston, TX however has been living in Colorado since earning her MA degree from CU Boulder. She has supported children in the school and outpatient setting. Her experience includes working with children with needs in expressive/receptive language, social language, articulation/speech sound disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and fluency. She is proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and has experience working with children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, and crafting..

Katie Jenkins, PT, DPT grew up in Ohio but has lived in Colorado since 2013. She has been a physical therapist since 2007 and has several years of experience working with adults & adolescents in a variety of settings. In addition to working in traditional therapy settings, she has done therapy service trips to Guatemala, Romania and Vietnam. Katie works in both school and home therapy. The best parts of working in pediatrics are finding creative ways to motivate kids and working with the family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, hiking, swimming and cross-country skiing.

Kayla Nadelen, OT, OTR/L graduated from Nazareth College in Rochester with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Kayla has a passion for working with children and having them succeed in their developmental journey. She has worked with a variety of diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, congenital conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, selective mutism, sensory processing disorder, and trauma. She provides neurodiversity affirming and play-based interventions to meet the child where they are at and help them flourish in their daily tasks and activities.

Allie Nortz, PT, DPT graduated from Saint Louis University and moved to Colorado in 2020. Allie has experience in the school and pediatric outpatient setting and is trained in pediatric pelvic health. Allie is passionate about helping children and their families reach developmental milestones and become as independent as possible. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time outside, reading, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her cats.

Sarah Thomas, MS CCC-SLP is originally from Missouri, where she earned her BS and MS degree in Communications Disorders from the University of Central Missouri. Sarah has experience in a variety of settings with both children and adults. She enjoys working with children and adults of all ages with needs in feeding and swallowing, receptive/expressive language, early intervention, cognitive-linguistic skills, social-language skills, articulation/speech sound disorders, and childhood apraxia of speech. She has received training in the PROMPT method for apraxia treatment protocol, Hanen: It Takes two to Talk program, and follows the Orton-Gillingham Multisensory Approach for reading.

Emma Vornhagen, PT, DPT graduated from Creighton University with her doctorate of Physical Therapy. As a student physical therapist, she found her passion while working with the pediatric population. She was born and raised in Arvada, Colorado and is ecstatic to have the opportunity to serve the community she was raised in. In her free time Emma loves cooking, exercising, watching true crime documentaries, and spending time with family and friends.

Lisa Wood, PTA has spent most of her life working with children. In her endeavor as a Physical Therapist Assistant she looks forward to helping children reach their full potential through the enhancement of their movement capabilities. She loves creating family-centered, meaningful moments of opportunity for clients and their families to interact and grow together. In her spare time, she loves dancing, traveling, choreographing musicals, and spending time with family and friends.

Mercy Yermo, PT, DPT Originally from Mexico City and raised in San Antonio, Texas, she completed her undergraduate degree at Midwestern State University while competing on the cross country and track teams. She pursued her doctorate degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch where she realized she wanted work with the pediatric population. She wanted to be part of the pediatrics team as they develop and empower each child and their family. During her time off she enjoys running, playing tennis with her grandpa, and spending time with friends.

Susan Hunter, CFO graduated Magna Cum Laude from Metro State University with her Bachelor of Science. She enjoys working with the therapists, patients, and families in making a positive change in their lives. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at her church, gardening, and genealogy.

Betsy Thode, Office Administrator is a Colorado native. She earned her BA in Economics from the University of Colorado. She guarantees a smile and helpful attitude when assisting everyone. When she's not homeschooling her son, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, volunteering, traveling, and history.
